Vehicle Auction Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of vehicles through VOA, a trading name of vehicleonlineauction.co.uk LTD, located at Head Office, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, registered in the United Kingdom under Company Number 14852780. By participating in any auction conducted by VOA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Auction Participation:
   • Participation in VOA auctions is open to registered individuals and entities who comply with the registration requirements.
   • Bidders must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2. Auction Process:
   • VOA conducts auctions both online and in physical locations, as specified for each auction.
   • All vehicles are sold on an “as-is” and “where-is” basis, without warranties or guarantees, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Bidding:
   • Bidders must register with VOA and obtain a bidding number before participating in any auction.

4. Payment:
   • Payment in full, including all applicable fees and taxes, must be made within the specified time frame following the auction.
   • Payment methods accepted by VOA include cash, bank transfer, and any other methods approved by VOA.
5. Buyer’s Premium:
   • A buyer’s premium, as specified by VOA, will be added to the final bid price and is payable by the winning bidder.
6. Vehicle Collection:
   • The winning bidder is responsible for the collection and transportation of the purchased vehicle from the auction location.
   • Vehicles must be collected within the specified time frame after payment unless other arrangements are made with VOA.
7. Title and Ownership:
   • Title and ownership of the vehicle transfer to the buyer only upon full payment of the purchase price and clearance of funds.
8. Taxes and Fees:
   • The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees related to the purchase of the vehicle.
9. Dispute Resolution:
   • Any disputes arising from the auction or the sale of a vehicle shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Modification of Terms:
    • VOA reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the VOA website or other official channels.
11. Severability:
    • If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law:
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By participating in a VOA auction, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional conditions or notices provided by VOA. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of bidding privileges and legal action as deemed appropriate by VOA.
